Most multi-item jobs are priced by how much space your items take up in our truck — not by the hour. We also offer published single-item pricing for select items, listed further down this page. The truck box is 11 ft long, 5 ft wide, and 7 ft high, which holds about eight standard-size refrigerators. Heavy, dense material like concrete or soil is priced separately, since it fills the truck's weight limit long before it fills the space.
Free estimates are always available. Most straightforward jobs can be accurately quoted from photos sent by text or email, before we ever arrive — for larger, unclear, or more complex jobs, we may recommend a free onsite look instead.
This is the same estimate our crew uses on-site. Move it to see how price scales with how much of the truck your junk fills.
Once the job scope is confirmed, the price we quote is the price you pay.

Priced by how much of the truck your items fill — from a single chair to a full house.
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Refrigerator | $90 base — $110 when Freon disposal applies |
| Bed — box spring (all sizes) | $75 |
| Bed — mattress (all sizes) | $75 base — $95 when mattress disposal applies |
| Bed — set (frame, mattress, box spring) | $139 |
| Piano | Starting at $239 |
| Hot tub | Starting at $309 |
A refrigerator or mattress needing disposal isn't a surprise add-on — it's flagged during your free estimate, before anything starts, and reflected in the surcharges below. Piano and hot tub prices are a starting point — your exact price is confirmed from photos or an onsite assessment, since access and condition vary job to job.
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Additional labour fee | $50 |
| Food waste fee | $29 |
| Car tire (with rim) | $10 |
| Car tire (without rim) | $5 |
| Mattress disposal | $20 |
| Freon disposal | $20 |
We'd rather you see every one of these here than find it on your receipt — each applicable surcharge is called out during your free estimate, before any work begins.
Dense material — concrete, brick, soil, tile, and similar — is priced separately from standard volume pricing, because its weight fills the truck's limit long before its size would. Heavy material fills a maximum of about 1 ft of height in the truck box, even on a "full" heavy load.
| Truck bed | Price |
|---|---|
| 1/4 truck bed | $159 |
| 1/2 truck bed | $255 |
| 3/4 truck bed | $351 |
| Full truck bed | $449 |
This applies to dense renovation and construction material where appropriate — not standard household junk, which is priced by the volume table above.

Most straightforward jobs can be accurately quoted from photos sent by text or email — no need to wait for an appointment. For a large volume of material, unclear photos, or a complex job (hot tubs, pianos, hoarder cleanouts, and large estate cleanouts often fall here), we may recommend a free onsite estimate instead. Either way, once the job scope is confirmed, the price we quote is the price you pay.
By how much space your items take up in our truck, using the tiered volume rates above. Heavy, dense material is priced separately, by truck-bed fraction rather than volume.

Often, yes — most straightforward jobs can be accurately quoted from photos sent by text or email. For larger or more complex jobs, we may recommend a free onsite look instead.
Yes, always — whether it's from photos or an onsite visit, with no obligation to book.
Dense material like concrete or soil hits the truck's weight limit long before it fills the available space — often at only about 1 ft of height — so it's priced by truck-bed fraction instead of the standard volume tiers.

A few, for items that need special handling — mattress disposal, Freon disposal, tires, food waste, and extra labour on bigger jobs. They're listed above and always flagged during your free estimate, never added as a surprise.
