Commercial Junk Removal
Reliable removal for property managers, offices, retail, and contractors — liability insured, WCB covered, and available for one-off jobs or an ongoing relationship.
Commercial jobs come from a range of properties, and the service adapts to what the property actually needs.
Coverage in place for work on commercial and multi-unit properties. Documentation can be supplied on request.
Our crew is WCB covered for work on your property. Again, documentation available on request.
Call, email, or send photos of the space. Most straightforward jobs can be quoted this way; larger or unclear scopes may get a free onsite look instead.
Share access, timing, and any relevant property requirements when requesting a quote, so the job can be planned appropriately.
Priced by volume, with heavy or dense material handled separately. Donation and recycling are prioritized where practical, same as any other job.
For properties that generate junk removal needs on a regular basis — turnovers, ongoing renovations, and similar — recurring service may be offered. Get in touch to talk through what a regular schedule would actually look like for your property.
Payment
Most jobs are paid the same way as any other — credit, debit, cash, or e-transfer. Invoicing may be available for established commercial clients after a working relationship exists, with due dates individually stated and generally approximately two to three weeks. Ask about this directly rather than assuming it applies to a first job.
