Garage Cleanouts

Garage Cleanouts in Calgary

Whatever's built up over the years — boxes, old furniture, scrap metal, renovation leftovers — cleared out, partial or full. Priced by volume, with heavy material handled separately.

What a cleanout usually involves

Garages tend to collect a mix of things rather than one category — that's exactly what this service is built for.

Whether it's clearing out one corner or emptying the whole space, the approach is the same — a quote based on how much comes out, not a flat garage-cleanout rate.

How it works

01

Send photos, or book a look

Photos work for a lot of garage jobs. For a garage that's very full or difficult to assess from photos, we may recommend a free onsite estimate.

02

Approve the price

Priced by volume for standard household contents. Once the job scope is confirmed, the price we quote is the price you pay.

03

We clear it out

Full or partial, we sort as we go — we prioritize donation and recycling where practical.

Heavy or dense material

Renovation debris is priced differently.

Concrete, brick, tile, and similar dense material fills the truck's weight limit long before it fills the space, so it's priced separately from standard household junk — by truck-bed fraction, not volume. Full detail on our pricing page.

What we can't take

Garages are also where hazardous material tends to collect, so this is worth being upfront about: we can't take hazardous waste, asbestos, propane tanks, or liquid paint. If you're not sure whether something in the garage falls into one of those categories, ask before pickup day.

Where it goes

We prioritize donation and recycling where practical — usable items in suitable condition may be directed toward organizations like Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and scrap metal toward facilities like Inland Steel Products or Recon Metal. More on our donation & recycling page.
